She has driven business results through the design and implementation of strategic and tactical human resources and organizational effectiveness programs for small, medium and start-up companies with multi-site locations, both domestic and global.
Lynn has worked and consulted in industries such as healthcare, energy, professional services, telecommunications, technology, energy, restaurant and consumer products. Company affiliations and clients include Fortune 500 companies such as McKesson Corporation, Electronic Data Systems, American Standard, Sun Company, Oryx Energy Company, as well as several midcap and private equity companies. Lynn has served as a leadership development coach for multiple leaders and worked with people in career transition.
Lynn has a master’s degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University, and holds professional certifications in human resources, compensation, organizational planning and dispute resolution.
She is a member of World at Work (formerly the American Compensation Association) and the Society for Human Resources Management. Lynn believes strongly in giving back to the community and has served in different arenas such as the human capital committee and Board of Directors of The Family Place.
